Ben & Jerry’s Sundae Festival is in its sixth year; held on Clapham Common, London each July. Intashop have been their exclusive online ticketing agency since inception in 2005, with the gate increasing from 5,000 to 50,000 tickets issued today.

E-tickets are sold and issued instantly so customers are assured of their event access immediately. The tickets can be event branded and are uniquely bar coded to allow single entry. Additional security can be added such as limited print-offs, cardholder name printed on the ticket and, if required, a photo uploaded and printed on the e-ticket for ultimate proof of purchase.

An e-ticket solution has a low carbon footprint and is simple and easy to manage for the end user. It requires neither postage nor the inconvenience of a ‘signed for’ service. They can be printed off at the customer’s leisure in colour or black & white and they are scanned at the gate with a ‘pass’ signal issued within one second.

What is an e-ticket?

An e-ticket is an electronically issued ticket, which customers can download from their account in the ticket store once paid for. We send confirmation of booking by email with a link to the customer account where, on logging in, the tickets can be downloaded in PDF format and printed off.

The e-ticket that is printed out is the actual event pass. Each ticket has a unique bar code that will be scanned at the event by gate security for admission.

The customers name is printed on the ticket with the unique bar code for additional security. We also recommend ID and the conformation of order e-mail is brought to the event as well.
